Elegant historical fiction with lots of facts and a disputed theory that King Richard III of England never killed his nephews and was in fact a good man and good king, told through the eyes of his niece Elizabeth of York: mother of the infamous King Henry VIII. Beautiful and hauntingly tragic. I truly believe Richard III is the most slandered figure in history, and the truth has only come to light in the past 50 years.
