National Geographic Field Guide to the Birds of North America

By Jon L. Dunn and Jonathan Alderfer

Thank for the two super great books. National Geographic’s Field Guide to the Birds of North America is the best book I have ever had for locating and identifying and learning about birds. It’s 464 pages and 220 pages of illustrations. What makes the illustrations so useful is the fact that they depict each species of bird the way it might look depending on time of year, whether male or female or juvenile, differing geographic locations, and different phases. This book has helped me tremendously with my hobby of bird watching. I like everything about the book. I’ve learned many things about birds with it. It is very entertaining. I’ve recommended it to my fellow bird lovers. This institution has a lot of birds. Thank you for providing me with this book. I only hope you are blessed beyond measure. I hope that someday I’ll be able to support your organization with more than just words.
