Mainly, I want to express my gratitude. I have spent almost 20 years out of the last 30 years on the inside, I am ashamed to say. But these “books through bars” types of programs are a godsend for us in here. Many times, it is the difference between just giving up mentally and emotionally and making it through another day, week, or year. May the universe shine upon all of you and lay many blessings at the feet of all of those of you who choose to volunteer selflessly. Thank you.
