The Power of Habit

By Charles Duhigg

What makes this book a favorite is the knowledge and awareness I’ve obtained by reading the techniques that are used to change bad habits and good habits. It’s a book about our habits and how we’re able to function with these habits by using cues, routines, and rewards. I’ve wasted a lot of my life in the streets, uneducated and influenced in the wrong direction. Caught up in a life that’s destined for failure, prison, and the grave. This book has shown me that anyone is able to change bad habits into good habits. It made me think a lot about life in general and how we take life for granted. It was entertaining and helpful. Thank you for the support you provide to the unfortunate. Your program is a blessing.
