Do you enjoy volunteering at PBP but want to get more involved? Do you have some ideas for how we can do things better? We welcome new ideas and people who have a passion for implementing them. Here’s some of the things we already need help with. If you have other ideas, please talk to a member of the core group present at every packing session or email info@prisonbookprogram.org:

• Run volunteer sessions
• Recruit volunteer groups among schools, churches, social, civic and work groups.
• Enter book requests into our database
• Sort and shelve book donations
• Solicit book donations from bookstores and publishers (if you are in the publishing industry, we especially want to talk to you!)
• Organize fundraising events
• Join our "core group" - a small group of incredible people that keeps PBP running.

PBP is a great place to try out new ideas. We are a welcoming and innovative group with no bureaucracy!
